Cornerstone has been providing foster and group care services to young people and their families struggling with complex emotional and mental health needs since 1985. Cornerstone proudly expended its services to adults with developmental and dual diagnosed needs in 2014. Cornerstone provides a wide variety of services for youth and adults which includes Group Care living, Specialized Foster homes and Intensive Supported Living Programs. Our staff and management are trained in Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) and provide client services to the FASD sector. We are also a recognized leader in providing long-term care for individuals that have had multiple failed placements. Our Management and Clinical Team, as well as Professional Foster Parents and Support Staff receive comprehensive training and extensive support to ensure the children/youth and adults we serve have the highest standard of living possible and opportunities for long-term success. Our Specialized Foster Care and Supported Living Programs, as well as Psychological and Support Services are available to children, youth, adults, families and agencies across Ontario. We are licensed by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services. We are QAM compliant.
